Introduction

Welcome to the help center for our online service management system. The system provides a secure solution for managing service requests and case assignments. Districts and schools can record and track requests for assessments and other services, and the system provides a much higher level of security and confidentiality than other methods (i.e., mail, email, or fax). Records are updated to indicate who the request has been assigned to and when it is complete. Contractors are notified of the assignment and they login to the system to see service request details.

How do I sign up as a school user?

  1. Establish a contract with Specialized Assessment & Consulting
  2. Visit our website: www.sacllc.net
  3. Go to login area on right side of page
  4. Click on link for "New User Registration" (bottom of login area)
  5. Register as "School"
  6. Enter required information
  7. Create and verify a password (A secure password should be 8 to 14 characters and must include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number).
  8. Agree to terms of use.
  9. You will receive an email indicating that your account has been approved (usually within 24 hours).

How do I enter a service request?

  1. Establish a contract with Specialized Assessment & Consulting
  2. Visit our website: www.sacllc.netand sign up as a new school user.
  3. Login with correct user type (select school), user name and case sensitive password.
  4. Go to yellow menu bar and click on New Request.
  5. On the New Request form, enter the child's identifying information, parent and district contact information and the specific service that is requested.
  6. Complete form, making sure to complete all fields with "*"
  7. Add additional information if prompted

What happens after I enter a request?

Once the request is entered, a contractor is assigned to the case. The contractor will contact the school and schedule the assessment.

How do I see the details of each request?

Simply click on the student's name and a popup window will show the details. (Note: Make sure your browser does not block popup pages from our site.)

What details can I see and what can I do when I login to the system?

  • See the name of the service provider assigned to each case
  • See status of requests (pending, complete, or closed)
  • Sort cases by last name, date of request, or due date.
  • Search by last name, school, status, or date range.

What if I need to make changes or cancel a request?

The system does not currently allow school users to make changes after a request has been submitted. If you need to make a change or cancel a request (e.g., If a student withdraws), give us a call or email and we will edit the record for you.

How can we manage several school users?

There are two user levels, regular user and administrator. Regular users can enter and view requests from their school only.

Administrator users can designate higher level users who can see all service requests for the entire district and designate regular level users who only see service requests from their school.

How do I sign up as a contractor service provider?

  1. Establish a contract with Specialized Assessment & Consulting
  2. Visit our website: www.sacllc.net and sign up as a new contractor.
  3. Go to login area on right side of page
  4. Click on link for "New User Registration" (bottom of login area)
  5. Register as "Contractor"
  6. Enter required information
  7. Create and verify a password (Your password must be 8 to 14 characters and must include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number).
  8. Agree to terms of use.
  9. You will receive an email indicating that your account has been approved (usually within 24 hours).

How will I know when I have been assigned a case?

You will receive an email with the subject line "service request" that reads: You have received a service request from Specialized Assessment & Consulting. Please login at www.sacllc.net to review and accept the service request. Click on last name link for printable details page. Call 281-814-0588 if you need assistance.

How do I see the details of a case I have been assigned?

What if I forget my password?

Click on the link for "I forgot my password" in the login area. A new password will be emailed to you.

What if I am still having difficulty or cannot login?
